In May 2006, Cherith Chronicle exposed the existence of a nationwide FEMA program which is training Pastors and other religious representatives to become secret police enforcers who teach their congregations to “obey the government” in preparation for the implementation of martial law, property and firearm seizures, mass vaccination programs and forced relocation.
The First Directive is for the Pastors to preach to their congregations Romans 13, misinterpreting it to command that Christians obey the government even if they must disobey God and their conscience. The Pastors have been told they will be backed up by Law Enforcement and that they will lead SWAT TEAMS.
FEMA told Pastors they needed to preach Subservience to Authorities in preparation for Roundups.
